This type of agreement is used to pay someone for a single task or project. Funds will be released as soon as the person hired fulfills their required deliverables.
How can you use a One Time Agreement: For example, if you would like to hire someone to create a video for your company and you do not plan to pursue any further work with the individual after the project is completed.
Milestone Agreement:
This contract agreement type is best used for large projects that require multiple checkpoints and frequent deliverables.
How can you use a Milestone Agreement: For instance, if you wish to hire someone to build your company a website. The first deliverable in the Milestone Agreement will be the website design, then followed by the build of specific sections of the website.
