# Accepting and Signing Contracts Initiated by the Creator ### **1) Click "My Agreements"**

To view contracts in Drafts, In Progress, and Completed, you must click on "My Agreements"

### **2) View Contracts In "Drafts"**

Go into "My Agreements" and view "Drafts" to see the latest contracts you have created or have been sent to you. To complete actions related to the agreement, click "Review" to expand the details.

### **3) Click "Agree and Sign"**

Review the contract details and click "Agree & Sign" to commence the project. Note that both parties must "Agree & Sign" for the agreement to advance to the "In Progress" stage.

### **4) Sign Contract Agreement With Your Wallet**

Press "Sign" via your Web3 wallet to Agree & Sign the Contract

### **5) View your agreement status by hovering over the "Agreed & Signed" button**

**Once signed, you will see a message stating that the other party still has to sign (if they have not already)**

### **6) Create Agreement (Buyer/Hirer)**

Once both parties have signed the contract, the Buyer/Hirer must "Create The Agreement" for it to become live and move to "In Progress"

### **7) View Payment Breakdown and Create Agreement**

Click "Create Agreement" after reviewing the Payment Breakdown

### **8) Enter The Correct Spending Cap Limit**

Enter the correct Spending Cap Limit according to the Payment Breakdown and click "next"

### **9) Approve Spending Cap Limit**

### **10) Sign The Final Confirmation**

After you approve the "Spending Cap Limit" Press Confirm to create the contract (please note, you will need Matic in your wallet to place the contract on-chain)

### **11) Contract "In Progress"**

### **12) Click "My Agreements" and View Contract as now "In Progress"**

After both parties sign the contract and the Buyer/Hirer funds and creates the agreement, the agreement will then appear as "In Progress/Scheduled" for both parties.
