Creating a New Agreement

How to Create a New Agreement?

1) Click "New Agreement"

Click "New Agreement" to create a new contract - (make sure you are signed in prior to clicking "New Agreement")

2) Complete Agreement Details and Select Start Date

*Fill out the Agreement Title, Brief Description, Category(s), and Start Date

3) Select Agreement Type

4) Enter Contract Parties

Select if you are the Hirer or Talent, enter your name, fill in your email, select the name of the other party you are working with, fill out their email, and enter their wallet address.

5) Review Agreement

Review the details of the agreement

6) Finalize Agreement

After you have reviewed the details of the agreement, finalize the agreement by clicking "Save & Close" or "Save & Sign."

Save & Close - Saves the agreement to your drafts, enabling you to sign and finalize it at a later date or time.

Save & Sign - Immediately signs the agreement and triggers an automated email to the other party, inviting them to countersign.

7) Send/ Share agreement with the other party

After finalizing the agreement, it will automatically be emailed to the other party. You also have the option to share the contract link directly. Just click the chain icon to copy the contract's link.
